Group bookings
Mandelbaum House is perfect for group bookings of up to 38 people. It is a modern facility and is well positioned in the University of Sydney’s Main Campus, next to the new USYD Business School.
The neighbouring suburbs of Newtown, Redfern and Chippendale are a hive of activity with bustling cafes, restaurants and shops. We are also close to the university Sports & Aquatic Centre and to Carriageworks (contemporary multi-arts centre and home to a weekly Farmers Market).
With easy access to public transport getting to the city centre and other Sydney locations such as beaches, Circular Quay (Opera House and Harbour Bridge), and Chinatown could not be easier.
Availability
The current availability for group bookings is between Monday 4 December - Thursday 4 January 2025.

Catering
During the summer break (December- February) there are no meals served unless we are hosting a conference or a large group of people who make a specific request.
Please contact us to discuss the option of catering should you require it. We cater kosher food that is both healthy and delicious.
Facilities
Facilities available to your group should you require them are: a dual purpose Lounge/Conference Room, which can be set up for meetings and seminars or, as a casual lounge. The room includes a ceiling mounted data projector and screen as well as a mobile whiteboard. The room can even be divided into 2 separate spaces allowing for more intimate functions or for multiple meetings.
Other facilities include a dining room, library, laundry facilities, secure underground parking ($25/day), pool table, table tennis table, vending machines, a piano, and large flat screen TV.
